[채용공고] 상경해서 판 바꾼 실화
지방에서 ‘천장’ 느낀 날, 우리는 서울로 올라왔다.
지방에서 열심히 살아도, 어느 순간 벽이 보일 때가 있어요.
“내가 더 노력하면 나아질까?”가 아니라
“이 환경에서 더 올라갈 수 있나?”가 더 크게 느껴질 때.
이번엔 환경을 바꿔서 돈·성장·경험을 통째로 바꿔보세요.
대구에서 올라온 국민우 대리, 전남 영광에서 올라온 선가람 대리는 그렇게 시작했습니다.
1) 대구 상경 스토리 | 국민우 대리
국민우 대리는 공장에서 일하기도 했고, 캠페인 모금운동도 하면서
‘일단 몸으로 부딪혀서 버는 삶’을 살아왔습니다.
더 나은 삶을 만들고 싶어서
주식·코인도 공부하며 도전했지만, 결과는 쉽지 않았어요.
오히려 부채 압박이 생기면서
“진짜로 인생을 바꾸려면, 돈이 되는 판에서 실력으로 승부해야겠다”는 마음이 커졌습니다.
그래서 선택한 게 서울.
가진 건 특별한 스펙이 아니라 성실함과 절박함, 그리고 “끝까지 해내는 책임감”이었습니다.
2) 영광 상경 스토리 | 선가람 대리 (22살)
선가람 대리는 22살, 약대를 목표로 2년 동안 재수를 했습니다.
그 과정에서 마음도, 몸도 버티기 힘들어졌고
결국 “내가 진짜 원하는 삶이 이건가?”를 다시 묻기 시작했어요.
그때 내린 결론은 하나였습니다.
다른 삶을 살려면, 환경부터 바꿔야 한다.
그래서 영광에서 서울로 올라왔습니다.
처음엔 걱정이 많았죠.
“서울에서 적응할 수 있을까?”, “경험 없는데 가능할까?”,
“실패하면 어쩌지?”
하지만 막상 필요한 건 스펙이 아니라
기본을 지키는 태도 + 성실함 + 책임감이었습니다.
*지방러들이 상경 전에 제일 고민하는 것들 (공감+해소)
Q1. 서울 물가/주거 때문에 불안해요.
→ 그래서 더더욱 “성과가 곧 소득”인 구조가 중요합니다.
팀에서 초반 적응 루틴과 현장 흐름을 잡아줘서 ‘혼자 던져놓는’ 구조가 아닙니다.
Q2. 경험 없는데도 가능해요?
→ 상담/세일즈는 ‘말빨’보다 **기본(시간약속/태도/보고/학습)**이 결과를 만듭니다.
성실히 따라오면 실력은 프로세스로 만들어집니다.
Q3. 지방에서 서울로 오면 외롭고 무서울 것 같아요.
→ 상경러들이 많아서 공감대가 있고, 팀 문화 자체가 “적응”을 돕는 쪽으로 돌아갑니다.
Q4. 실패하면 커리어가 망가질까봐 걱정돼요.
→ 실패보다 더 무서운 건 “그대로 남아서 후회하는 것”이었고,
그래서 우리도 기본과 책임감이 있는 사람을 찾습니다.
